Ngày 14/3/2026, tại Hội trường Rùa, Đại học Cần Thơ (ĐHCT) đã diễn ra Hội thảo Khoa học Quốc tế với chủ đề “Văn hóa, Xã hội và Nhân văn hướng đến phát triển bền vững”. Đây cũng là một trong những hoạt động ý nghĩa nằm trong chuỗi sự kiện chào mừng 60 năm thành lập ĐHCT, góp phần khẳng định vai trò của Nhà trường trong hoạt động nghiên cứu khoa học và hợp tác học thuật quốc tế.

For the international scientific conference: culture, society and humanities towards sustainable development

Objectives: The conference aims to bring together researchers, industry professionals, academics, and students in the fields of culture, social sciences, and humanities to exchange expertise and insights on critical contemporary issues. Through these discussions, the conference seeks to foster research collaborations, enhance teaching methodologies, and explore practical applications in these disciplines.

Conference themes

The conference will focus on a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:

• Cultural issues and the sustainable development of cultural resources.
• Research, pedagogy, and creative approaches in literature, linguistics, and related fields.
• Advancements in the research and teaching of history, geography, sociology, tourism, communication, library sciences, political science, and other related disciplines.
• The practical application of research in culture, social sciences, and humanities to address real-world challenges.
• Other emerging issues in culture, social sciences, and humanities.

Participants

The conference welcomes participation from:

• Scholars and professionals in the fields of culture, social sciences, and humanities.
• Researchers, lecturers, postgraduate students, graduate students, and undergraduate students from both domestic and international institutions.

Poster language: Either Vietnamese or English.

Poster format: PDF. Dimension: 180cm (long) x 80cm (width).

Fees

• Publication fees: The conference will cover for poster printing and exhibition.
• Participation fee: Free.
• Other Expenses: Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and personal expenses.
